ALS Completers, Balik-Aral & Private Non-ESC Completers
Eligible for free tuition at SPIC provided you apply for and are granted a DepEd Voucher through the Online Voucher Application Program (OVAP). SPIC assists students in applying for Qualified Voucher Applicant (QVA) status.
